THE STORY OF KUCKS
Established in 1936, Kuck's Deli has been serving the Long Island community for 85 years.
Our Deli
For almost 85 years, Kuck's Delicatessen has been serving our Long Island community. Established by the Kuck's family in 1936, and purchased by long-time Mineola residents, Willy and Edith Henrichs in 1974, the Henrichs family embodied their German heritage and American culture through food.
In 1998, Kuck's Deli suffered a devastating fire that required us to rebuild our business from the bottom up. We were fortunate to rebuild our business and maintain our deep roots within the Mineola and neighboring communities.
We attribute much of our success to Willy's hard-work and uplifting personality. Anyone who knew Willy, knew that he was the neighborhood friend--the friend with the best German potato salad and breakfast sandwich in the community!
After the passing of Willy, Peter and Sandy took over the business to continue their father's legacy. Kuck's Deli continues to maintain its mission and takes pride in serving our community with the utmost hospitality, care, and quality within the food-service industry.
We thank our loyal customers who have supported us during difficult times, such as COVID-19, and welcome new customers.
Thank you,
Peter and Sandy
